GLENN IRVIN JOSEPH LOWE ~ Suddenly, on Sunday, February 7, 2010 in Toronto, at age 30. Glenn Lowe, beloved son of Glenn and Dale Lowe of Port Perry. Loving brother of Jessica Lowe and her mate Dave Roxborough of Ottawa, and the late Jeremy. Loved grandson of Anne Lowe and the late Irvin, and Kathleen Dubien and the late Ernest all of Kapuskasing.
