ALICE ADDIE DOCHERTY ~ Peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, January 28, 2010, at age 69. Alice (nee Kerr), beloved wife of David Docherty of Pickering. Loving mother of David Docherty Jr. and his wife Tammy, Janice and her husband Doug Barnard, Diane and her late husband Geoff Harden, Douglas Docherty and his wife Kim, and Jaeland and his wife Johanne. Cherished grandmother of 12, the love of her life. Dear sister of Eleanor and her husband Johnny Brown, Billy Kerr and his wife Anne, John Kerr and his wife Doris, Mary Kerr, and predeceased by her brothers George and Jim Kerr. The family of Alice Docherty will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Saturday, January, 30th from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m. followed by a reception in the front room of the Funeral Home.
