I will always remember Aunt Blanche's black berry pie. It was a tasty treat for me as a small boy, served after a rousing game of cards between my parents George and Della Skerratt, Aunt Blanche and Uncle Bus at the farm in Kinsale.
Linda and I had the opportunity to visit Aunt Blanche at Bonair Nursing Home in Cannington which made those and other special memories even more vivid.
Our deepest sympathies to all the family for their loss.

We're so sorry to learn of the passing of Aunt Blanche. I remember my summer vacations at the farm with Barbara. We picked the black raspberries that your Mom made into scrumptious pies. I came at harvest time when she was busy cooking for the farmers who came. Barb and I were on clean-up duty as well as waiting on tables filled with hungry workers. Aunt Blanche was always a kind a gentle soul. Her memory will be held dear.
Our deepest sympathy to the family,
Carol and Martin

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. I fondly remember tagging along with my dad and going up to the farm. I was always welcomed into Bus and Blanche’s home where Blanche always had homemade cookies to offer. I always enjoyed my visits to say the least. She will be sadly missed although I know she will be thrilled to be back with Bus again. ❤️
