BARBARA ANNE SHIPLEY ~ Peacefully, on, Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at the Markham Stouffville Hospital, at age 62. Barbara (nee Welsh), beloved wife of the late John Shipley. Loving mother of Jennifer and her husband Shawn Terry of Port Perry, Stephen Shipley and his wife Elizabeth of New York, and Bradley Shipley and his partner Kelly of Gabriola Island, B.C. Dear sister of Dennis Welsh and his wife Ann of Leonard, Michigan, Karol and her husband Bert Brand of Barrie, and Robert Welsh of Parry Sound.
