Obituary of Joyce Shimmin

Peacefully, on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, at the Markham Stouffville Hospital, at age 91. Joyce (nee Wise), beloved wife of the late Stan Shimmin. Loved mother of Ian Shimmin and his wife Lorna Bond of Stouffville and Adrienne and her husband Kevin Stewart of Brooklin. Loving grandmother of Aislinn, Kelsea and Reid Stewart. Joyce will also be missed by her grand dogs Rufus and Halle. The family of Joyce Shimmin will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985 2171) on Friday, November 6th from 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, November 7th at 11 a.m. followed by a reception in the front room of the funeral home.
