ROSE LEREINE ELWELL ~ Peacefully, on Saturday, October 31, 2009, at the Community Nursing Home in Port Perry, at age 86. Rose (nee Waller), beloved wife of the late Bill Elwell of Frog Street - RR #1 Pefferlaw . Daughter of the late Minnie and William Waller. Rose will be missed by her family and friends.
