Obituary of Edna Brekke

EDNA MARIE BREKKE ~ Peacefully on Tuesday, October 6, 2009, at the Community Nursing Home, in Port Perry, at age 90. Edna Brekke (nee Prentice) of Port Perry, beloved wife of the late Reubin George Brekke. Predeceased by her daughter Laura, and her brother Everette Prentice. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Bob and Marg Prentice of Port Perry, Barry and Mary Prentice of Winnipeg, Bruce and Genny of Woodville, Bill and Mary Helen Prentice of Scugog Island, and Penny and Don Pettypiece of Geulph. The family of Edna Brekke will receive at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905- 985-2171) on Friday, October 9th from 10 – 11 a.m. A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery.
