While growing up as a kid in Kitchener my auntie Belle, uncle Lou and the Robinson clan would come on visits to our home, which we always looked forward to for holidays and other occasions. There would be plenty of partying, card playing and lots of fun when the Robinson’s showed up. The thing I remember the most about auntie Belle, is that she always seemed to be so happy, smiled a lot, and her laughter was so genuine. She was so positive and upbeat. She made you feel special when around her, and always had something nice to say to you. Belle loved her children very much and was always happy and proud to tell me about how they where doing in life. The last time I saw Belle was at her house in Port Perry when we dropped by unannounced. As always she was happy to see us and called Johnny over to reminisce and tell his famous jokes. Belle had a way about her of making you feel comfortable and welcome in her home, of which there where many. She had a truly adventureous life and took everything in stride. Belle was as beautiful on the inside as she appeared on the outside. She wore her heart on her sleeve, and I am very proud to have called her my “favourite aunt. She will be forever in my heart, she was a passionate woman who loved life, and it showed in her broad smile and unmistakable laughter. Thanks for the memories. missing you already Love Lenny
