Obituary of Wade Jason Collins

Suddenly, on Sunday, April 19, 2009, at age 37. Wade Collins, dearly loved son of Marva and the late Jerry Collins of Port Perry. Proud father of Makaela and Connor. Loving boyfriend of Sherri. Loved nephew of Larry Collins, Ken Collins and his wife Audrey, Neil Collins and his wife Joanne, and Lorraine and her husband Dennis Matt. Wade will also be sadly missed by his children's mother and special friend Amanda and by his many cousins. The family of Wade Collins will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Thursday, April 23rd from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Private Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Friday, April 24th with Reverend Elaine Sveet officiating.
