Dear: Geta, Mark, Elke, Derek, Dad (Wally) and the rest of the Gotthelf family. I wish I could have been there to celebrate the life of my uncle and even though I am not, know that you have all been in my thoughts and prayers. Please take care of yourselves during this time and allow yourselves to feel whatever emotions are necessary. Have faith that god has a plan and a higher purpose for all of us, including Hans. My deepest sympathy and love, Martin

Our love and prayers to Mark and his family during this very sad time. Geta we are so sorry for your loss, we know you will miss him dearly. I remember a time, many years back, Hans gave Mark his treasured Mercury Cougar for the week-end. I decided to learn how to drive standard in his car, regrettably I blew the clutch while still in the driveway. Hans was not too happy with us but before long it was all forgotten. A great man, husband, father and most of all, a fantastic grandfather. We love you all.

I was very sad to hear about Hans' unexpected passing. My thought are with Mark, Elke, Derek and their family. Hans was doing what he loved but I'm sure that doesn't make it any easier. Most of my time with Hans was in our younger "fun" days at the German club in Oshawa. We had some great polka's together. Then we enjoyed time with a young growing family in the Lindsay area. Hope the support of family and friends help you cope with the days ahead Lots of love Carolyn xo Deepest Sympathy Garry and Carolyn
