I just read about your dad's death. I remember the good times we used to have when our families got together. Garnet used to tell my dad that the only reason he bought an orchard was that he thought he would be able to sit around all day drinking coffee like dad did. They had a lot of fun kidding one another. Your dad was always a real gentleman. I thought a lot of your mom and dad, they were good friends to my parents and they were always good to me. I'm lucky that they were a part of my life. Thinking of you all. Margie

Gary,David and Janice I was saddened to hear of your Dad's passing. We are wintering in Florida and just now looked at the Wagg Funeral Home site. I have many fond memories of your Dad. On Saturday mornings it was my job to go to the apple stand and buy apples from him as Mother made pies every Saturday morning. He was always so kind and even let us eat any apples that were on the ground. I don't think that we ever ate as many as we thought we would be able to and I am sure that he knew this. In later years I would visit him and your Mom when they had appointments at the Medical Associates where i worked. I have seen him at the Nursing Home and regretted that he wasn't the person that he once was. I am sure you will have fond memories of both your Mom and Dad. Thinking of you at this time. Gary and Mary, David and Monica, Janice, Ian and Kayleigh, Sorry to hear the sad news. We saw Garnet a couple of years ago at the nursing home. I don't think he remembered us, but we certainly remember him. Still the finest of gentleman and offering us his chair. It was a pleasure knowing him and your mom, who could wish for better neighbours. Your parents hold a special place in our hearts and we are reminded of them when the clock chimes. Thank you. Warmest Regards Norris and Robin Doan

So sorry to hear of the passing of your father. I have many fond memories of 'sampling' the odd apple from your parent's orchard! Janice, I have long wanted to thank you for the wonderful message that I received from you when my mother passed away in 1973 but until now, did not know how to reach you. It was not that long after Jamie left us so tragically and your reaching out and comforting words impacted me greatly. I later named my first born son in Jamie's memory. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. Sincerely, Dale Beare

Please accept our sincere sympathy on the loss of your father. We remember him and your mother lovingly. As a child I remember my father running away from the apple stand with a basket of apples and your father running out shaking his fist and a great big grin on his face. A fond memory of two wonderful friends and their attempt at humour!! Good Bless you all. Sincerely, Norma and Norman Boynton
