Suddenly, on Sunday, January 22, 2012, surrounded by his family at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 88. Gord Ockwell of Scarborough, beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Reynolds). Loved father of Mark and his wife Vivienne of Port Perry, and Leslie and her husband Glen Rideout of Prince Albert. Loving grandfather of Alan, Erik and his wife Kristine, and Matthew. Dear brother of Albert Ockwell and his wife Marjorie (deceased) of Toronto. Predeceased by his sister Norah and her husband John Warder. The family of Gord Ockwell will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry, (905-985-2171) on Friday, January 27, 2012 from 10 – 11 a.m. followed by a Service to celebrate his life in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with Michelle Hofman officiating.
