Obituary of Edith McLaughlin

EDITH EVELYN McLAUGHLIN Peacefully, on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at the Marnwood Life Care Center in Bowmanville, at age 83. Edith (nee Murphy) of Blackstock, beloved wife of the late Roy McLaughlin. Loving mother of Donna and her husband David Kyte, Denis McLaughlin and his wife Jo, and Deb and her husband Ron Vice all of Blackstock. Loved grandmother of Karen, Jason, Susan, Steven, Aaron, Brad, Emily, Rachel, Sean and 13 great grandchildren. The family of Edith McLaughlin will receive friends at the Blackstock United Church on Sunday, January 18th from 12 – 2 p.m. A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Church at 2 p.m. with Reverend Linda Saffrey officiating with a reception to follow in the Christian Education Room. Interment Cartwright Union Cemetery, in the Spring.
