Obituary of Fred Timms

FREDERICK TIMMS (Founder of Perfect Heating in 1952) Suddenly, on Tuesday, December 16, 2008, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 77. Fred Timms of Seagrave, beloved husband of the late Joan (nee Shephard). Loved father of Susan, Fred and his wife Deb, Judy and her husband Doug MacSween, Danny, Betty-Ann and her husband Les Smith, Debbie, Harry (deceased), Vivian and her husband Chris Burns, Brian and Tim and father-in-law of Patti. He will be sadly missed by his 24 grandchildren and his 10 great grandchildren. Fred was predeceased by his sisters Gladys Willes, Mary Griffis and Lillian Leach, and his brothers Albert, George, Don and Harold Timms. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. The family of Fred Timms will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry, (905-985-2171) on Friday, December 19th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Greenbank United Church on Saturday, December 20th at 11 a.m. with Reverend Paul Moorehouse officiating. Interment Bethel Cemetery, Greenbank. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Port Perry Hospital Foundation, the Greenbank United Church Memorial Fund or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
