Obituary of Clara Margaret Dowson

CLARA MARGARET DOWSON Peacefully, after a short illness, on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, at age 89. Clara (nee Hardy), beloved wife of the late Joseph Dowson of Scugog Island. Loved mother of James Dowson and his wife Janet of Oshawa. Loving grandmother of Jonathan. Dear sister of the late John Hardy and his wife Irene of Alberta. She will be sadly missed by her nieces. The family of Clara Dowson will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, June 27th from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, June 28th at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Calvin Stone officiating. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert.
