To Terry and Lorraine's beautiful Children. I just heard today about Lorraine I have not lived in Port Perry for a while. When my friend told me my heart sunk. My kids have known your family through the gift of music that your family taught them. Lorraine was such a wonderful, loving human being. Our world is less one angel where God has gained one. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs Dorra, Jeff, Brad Dougherty

To my dearest friend Terry & family, My heart literally broke for you when I heard about Lorraine. Having watched eternity usher my mum in, I can truly empathise with you. Although no one can truly know exactly what you are feeling because grief, like a fingerprint or a snowflake, is truly individualized and unique for each person. I am once again reminded of the story told to me by a friend who passed away from cancer several years ago. Her oncologist came in one day while I was visiting her and told her that she was fighting a losing battle. Hearing this, she told her doctor that he was wrong. She said that she was in a WIN-WIN situation. If Christ healed her, she would win because she would live to testify of her Lord. But if she died, she would still Win because she would be in her eternal home. Lorraine fought her battle well and now has won her eternal reward. VICTORY IS HERS!!!! However to those who aren't saved, they see it as a lost battle. So her passing is bitter-sweet. Bitter because her earthly battle has ended and there's an empty place in your hearts and in home. But how sweet her eternal victory is!!! And you can say "Shalom my friend, I will see you again!!! Love you lots!!! You are in my thoughts and prayers!!! MJ

Terry and family Margaret and I extend our condolences to all of you. We will always cherish the times we had spent together with you guys earlier in London and Dorchester. As families grow, time seems to pass quickly. The 2012 New years in Wyoming was an awesome visit and we remembered it fondly. Lorraine was a vibrant lady with a sparkling personality who made us take note as to what it meant to live life as a Christian. She had that infectous smile that helped brighten everyones day. We will miss her. Our prayer will be for peace and comfort for all of you. Live life the way she did. Smile for those who can't, encourage those who need it and show Christ to all as she did. Life is very special and Lorraine has made life special for all she met. Thank you for sharing her with us.

You can shed tears that she is gone, Or you can smile because she lived, You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back, Or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see her Or you can be full of the love that you shared, You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her and only that she is gone Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on, You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back, Or you can do what she would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on. It seems so cruel to lose one so dear. Time may dull the pain, but we will never forget Lorraine. Please accept our condolences. We wish you and the family peace and healing

Terry, Theo & Laura, Justin, Kara, Nick, Karissa, Michael, Lara, Jayme, Elisse. In her passing on 3/15 your wife and mom left for you an incredible everlasting reminder... As it states in John 3:15 "That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life." Lorraine believed in him with all her being, and shared an incredible relationship with our Lord and Savior. Today she is with him, being a loving mother once again to Cherie and Ezekiel. And having installed her loving values in all of you, so that you, will someday all be reunited in paradise and bath in the glory of the Lord. With much Love and Friendship, we shall be by your side. Malcolm and Joanna
