Obituary of Deborah Ruth Anne Baran

Suddenly, on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at her home on Scugog Island, at age 64. Debbie (nee Vallas), beloved wife of Steve Baran. Loving mother of Adam Baran and his wife Melissa of Orono, and James Baran of Port Perry. Loved grandmother of Dayna and Linden. Dear sister of Brian Vallas (deceased) and his wife Sharon of Parry Sound, Rod Vallas (deceased) and his wife Tuija of Oshawa, and Paul Vallas and his wife Jan of Guelph. Will be remembered by her brother-in-law Roman Baran and his wife Maryann of Mississauga, her mother-in-law Janina (Baba) of Lindsay, and nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her mother and stepfather, Marion and Norman Hukish of Toronto, and her father-in-law Andrij. The family of Deborah Baran will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, May 5th, 2017, from 7 - 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, May 6th at 2 p.m., followed by a reception in the Heritage Room of the funeral home.
