Obituary of Heather Lorrain Slute

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Heather Lorrain Slute on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in Welland, at age 50. Sadly missed by her daughter Jen Slute and her sister Karen Hawkins. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces Emerlee Slute and Jessica Hawkins, her great nieces Wynter and Kallie-Marie, and her great nephew Bodhi. Survived by her aunts, uncles and extended family. She was predeceased by her parents Murray and Marie Slute and her sisters Deborah Edginton and Patricia Slute. The family of Heather Slute will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Saturday, March 4th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with Michelle Hofman officiating. Interment Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Uxbridge/Scugog Animal Shelter.
