Obituary of Jack Vaz

JOAQUIM AUGUSTO "JACK" VAZ Suddenly, on Tuesday, December 11, 2007, at age 77. Jack Vaz of Blackstock, beloved husband of Maria (nee Lima). Loved father of Jack Vaz Jr. and his wife Colleen, Maria and her husband Chummy White, Rosa Vaz and the late John Vaz. Loving grandfather of Loretta, Natalie, Ryan, Mikayla and Taylore. Jack was predeceased by his brother and is survived by his 2 sisters in Portugal. The family of Jack Vaz will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, December 14th from 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, December 15th at 10 a.m. with Father Peter Lackmanec officiating.
