Obituary of Barbara Florence Evans

Peacefully, on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at her Home in Port Perry, at age 78. Barbara (nee Irvine), beloved wife of Garry Evans. Loved mother of Rick (Ann), Ron (Jackie) and Donna (Steve Jones). Loving grandmother of Jeffrey, Megan, Cory, Tyler, Bradley and Darren and great grandmother of Mya and Jayla. She will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Russell, home care nurses Vera and Cindy, and the team at the Durham Region Cancer Centre. A private family service was held at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, October 21st at 3 p.m. with Reverend Don Willmer officiating.
