My condolences to the Malcolm family and relatives. I always thought a lot of Jamie and was lucky enough to be his friend in public school at Blackstock. I stopped by when riding my bike a couple of years ago on the farm and was able to share a drink with my friend . I wasn't aware that he was ill. Rest in Peace my friend. I'll always remember the night in front of your house with Mike Adam and his 396 chevelle, what a great time we had growing up...

Toots, Gord, Mary Lou and families. I am still in shock about Jamie. Growing up together, he was always so strong and capable whether on the ice, at school field meets or on various teams. Toots my thoughts are with you as no one should have to bury a child but he is now at peace after his brave battle with cancer. he is probably found a hockey game in heaven and is playing. Rest in peace, Jamie. b22FI

Toots and the entire family
Jamie was a great friend , he always had that dry sense of humor that would send me into laughter. He was quick with his witty responses that were enjoyed by all .His friends would say that he was always there for them . Jamie was good at what ever sport he seemed to take on . We had good times in Hockey , Baseball, Snowmobiling, or just beating up Gordy's old car in the farm fields . The times on the farm and in sports were always interesting and fun !
I wish we would have spent more time together in the later years, but I will always cherish the fond memories I have of Jamie, he will be missed by many .
My condolences go out to the entire family, he was a good guy .

Dear Brennan & Alaina,
I am truly sorry for your loss. I have good memories of your father when I was in high school. Jamie played curling after school in the same league as me. He would always find a way to come up and chit chat to a nice looking girl. That was how I first came to meet your dad. The second time was when he played hockey with the Junior C Hockey team. The girlfriend's always got to travel with the guys on the team bus. So, I got to know Jamie when he played hockey too. He was a good defensive player. He was always a fun loving guy that loved to joke and kid around. He also spent a lot of time at our family home when we were teenagers. So there's a lot of happy memories I think about. I picture him now sitting in our rec room watching television.
May your dad's soul now rest in peace. He was a great guy and will be missed.
Love,
Aunt Valerie
