Obituary of Helen Lucille Dorrell

Peacefully, on Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, at age 84. Helen (nee Toms), beloved wife of the late Stuart Dorrell of Blackstock. Loved mother of Darcy Dorrell and his wife Laura of Charlton, Annie and her husband Wycliffe Nichol of Kenabeek, Melody and her husband Wilson Rodman of Little Britain, and Lisa and her husband Steve Tufts of Elgin, MB. Loving grandmother of Brittany, Bryan (Dakota), Braedon, Morgan, Brianna, Tristan, Bryce, Curtis, Hannah and Lucas and great grandfather of Owen. Survived by her sister Wilma and her husband Keith Van Camp and she was predeceased by her sister Eileen and her husband Harold McLaughlin, and her brothers-in-law Dalton Dorrell and his wife Kathleen, and Roger Dorrell and his wife Ethel. A special thanks to Lakeland Retirement Village for their loving care. The family of Helen Dorrell will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, September 13th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with Reverend Denise Boyd officiating.
