Obituary of Marion Agnes Geraldine Carter

Peacefully, on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at the Caressant Care Nursing Home in Lindsay, at age 92. Marion (nee Trew), dearly loved wife of the late Clarence Carter of Scugog Island. Loved mother of Janis Carter of Lindsay, Ann Lord (Glenn) of Texas and Gary Carter (Brenda) of Woodville. Loving grandmother of Kristen (Bill), David (Lee), Kevin (Jessica), Joel (Bethany), Heather (Brian) and Scott (Natalie) and great grandmother of Thomas, Abigail, Morgan, Brady, Daemon and Ethan. Dear daughter of the late Errol and Cora Trew and sister of James (predeceased), Hazel and her husband Douglas Best (both deceased), Ray(deceased) and his wife Doris, Margaret (deceased) and Dorita and her husband Ralph Shaw (both deceased).The family of Marion Carter will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985 2171) on Wednesday, April 27th from 7 - 9 p.m and Thursday, April 28th from 10 - 11 a service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on at 11 a.m. with Michelle Hofman officiating. Private interment Pine Grove Cemetery, Prince Albert at a later date.
