Obituary of Phyllis Jeanette Marie Cook

Peacefully on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 88. Phyllis (nee Taylor) beloved wife of the late James Richard Cook (1995). Loved mother of Marabeth "Beth" and her husband Dennis Darling of Port Perry and Paul Cook and his wife Corina of Prince Albert. Loving grandmother of Brittany and Carley. Phyllis will be missed by her niece Marlene Taylor of Hastings. She was predeceased by her brother and sisters. The family of Phyllis Cook will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Saturday, September 12th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with Reverend Don Willmer officiating.
