WILLIAM LYLE MILLSON ~ (Retired from General Motors after 32 years, Long-time Member of the L.O.L. #399 and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 178) ~ Peacefully, as a result of complications from surgery, on Thursday, August 18, 2011, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, at age 68. Lyle Millson of Blackstock, beloved husband of Pat (nee Wotten). Loving father of Chris, Jeff and his wife Dolly, and Danielle and her husband Paul. Proud grandpa of Jacob, Richelle, Brett, and Aleese. Son of the late Alfred and Mary Millson. Dear brother of Gordon (Barbara), Edward "Ted" (deceased), Donald (deceased) (Brenda), Tom (Gail), Marie (Les Goble), Mary Lou (Gord Wolfe) (both deceased), Gary (Patti), Karen (Brian Terry), and Steve (Cindy). Loved son-in-law of Muriel and the late Henry Wotten, and brother-in-law of Dave Wotten (Lois), Joan (Floyd Argue, deceased), Carol (Brian Gray), Norma (Jeff Lott), and Tom Wotten (Wilma). Will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews. The family of Lyle Millson will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985 2171) on Tuesday, August 23rd from 10-11a.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. with Reverend Linda Saffrey officiating.
