Neil Mackay and Family posted a condolence

My parents (Don and Ness Mackay) phoned me yesterday to let me know about Jim's passing. Spending summers at the cottage were the highlight of my childhood and I fondly remember spending time visiting Jim with my brother Ian talking about fishing strategies, our latest lures and "the big ones that got away". Jim was always glad to see us and hear of our latest adventures. Summers seemed endless and always hot and sunny then. I am privileged to have considered him a childhood friend. Our sincere best wishes from Cambridge, UK Neil Mackay and family

Minnie and family. Our world has been a richer place because of Jim's presence in it. I know that I will remember how our world intertwines and seems to come full circle for I have been privileged to have known you from your days at Harmony United Church, to the times spent in the choir loft at Prince Albert United Church and as neighbours on Lakeview Drive. You are in our thoughts. Blessings.
