Obituary of Denzil Moore

DENZIL MOORE ~ (Member of the Blackstock Lions Club) ~ Peacefully, after a long illness, on Sunday, February 13, 2011, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 69. Denzil Moore of Port Perry and formerly of Blackstock, beloved husband of Tallya (nee McHarg). Loving father of Todd and his wife Janet of Blackstock. Loved grandpa of Faith-Anne. Will also be missed by his brothers-in-law George Devine, Alex Tutak, and Garth Jonah and his sisters-in-law Doreen, Pauline and Kay Moore, and Mary Jonah. He was predeceased by his brothers Wilmer, Royden, Basil, and Daryl, and his sisters Faye and Ruth. Denzil will also be remembered by his nieces Linda, Joyce, Janice, Karen, and Alison and his nephews Robert and Greg. The family of Denzil Moore will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Wednesday, February 16th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held at the Blackstock United Church on Thursday, February 17th at 1 p.m. with Reverend Linda Saffrey officiating.
