Obituary of Donald George Sheehey

DONALD GEORGE SHEEHEY ~ Peacefully, at home with his family by his side, on Friday, January 14, 2011, at age 75. Don Sheehey of Blackstock, beloved husband of Doreen (nee Hobden) for 55 years on January 21st. Loved father of Rick Sheehey and his wife Kate, Wendy Legere, Brian Sheehey and his wife Lisa, Brenda and her husband Gino Ciulla and he was predeceased by his infant daughter Donna-Marie. Loving Poppa of Derek, Brad, Jenny, Justin, Ryan, Tyler, Eric, Anthony and Gavin and Poppa to great grandchildren Shelby, Julian and Sierra. Dear brother-in-law of Marjorie and Keith Howe and the late Rhelda and Don Beuk. He will also be missed by his son-in-law Dave Legere and his nieces and nephews. Private arrangements have been entrusted to the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171). Heartfelt thanks to a caring Dr. Kim Ferguson and the Doctors and Nurses and Staff at Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry for their wonderful care to Don.
