CHARLES VICTOR "CHARLIE" LOWN ~ (Former Deputy Chief of the Scugog Fire Department) ~ Peacefully, on Monday, September 20, 2010, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry, at age 81. Charlie Lown of Lindsay and formerly of Port Perry, dearly loved husband of Ann (nee Chapman). Loved father of Wayne and Sylvia Lown, Janice Page, Dale and Tracy Lown, Dean and Anna Lown and the late Lisa Wilbur (2005). Loving grandfather of Jason, Dianna, Joshua, Ashley, Brittany, Adam, Sean, Jenna, Dylan, Kyle and Sara, and great grandfather of Savannah.
