Obituary of L. Carl Chatten

L. CARL CHATTEN ~ With family at his side, on Saturday, September 18, 2010, at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, at age 64. Carl Chatten of Janetville and formerly of Port Perry, will be missed by his wife Elsie; children Joyce (Steve), Pam (James), Sabrina (Bain), and Lyle; and grandchildren Jazmine, Ryan, Maya, Emma, Jade, and Caleb. Survived by his mother Dorothy, and siblings, Carolyn, Arlis (Don), Dorothy Ann (Bill), Connie (Lyle), Larry (Cecile), Rose (Terry), Art (Patsy), and Elaine (Danny), as well as many nieces and nephews. Carl’s family would like to extend their appreciation to the caring and compassionate staff at the Ross Memorial Hospital and to the Emergency Responders. A Celebration of his Life for family and friends will be held on Sunday September 26th from 1 -3 p.m. at the Scugog Island Hall, 2710 Demara Road, Port Perry. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society.
