BILL HODGINS ~ (Charter Member of the Brooklin Lions Club and Past President of the Ajax Lions Club) ~ Peacefully, at his home, surrounded by family, on Monday July 12, 2010, in his 84th year. Loved husband of Jean (nee Eller) of Ashburn. Loving dad of Marilyn (Tom Redman), Norma (Randy Greaves), Ron Hodgins (Clara) and Sharon Ridge (George Flint). Devoted grandpa to Luke (Stephanie), Kyle (Katrina), Scott (Melissa), Dan, Erik, Alicia, Nolan, Carter and great grandpa of Savannah. Survived by his brother Stan, predeceased by siblings, Gladys, Alvin and Verna. His lifetime of work as a pattern and model maker enabled him to fix most anything for anyone, this combined with his generosity and sharp wit made him a great friend to all he met. Active in the community, Bill was both a charter member and past president of the local Lions Club. He will be dearly missed by family, friends and everyone who had the opportunity to know him.
